Meta Dynamics Profiling provides a tangible pathway for helping individuals develop the thinking required to create the success they want in their life, career and business.
Meta Dynamics Profiling assesses 16 dimensions of your thinking style and behavioural preference. Each dimension refers to a specific part of thinking styles such as influencing, resiliency and outcome focused.
You will be required to respond to behavioural statements and a ‘Personal Profile’ is generated based on your responses. Your profile will reveal your natural thinking style preferences in detail as well as where your thinking may be developed to achieve great results in your life, career and business.
In addition to the questionnaire, there are three sessions to unpack your profile and explore each of the CAM dimensions:

The workshop was presented in an engaging and enthusiastic manner, which helped us to get the most from the subject matter. It was great to get an understanding of our own styles and see how these influence our relationships in the workplace.
