Living in harmony with your values is essential to living a successful and happy life. When we know what is most important to us, we focus on the things that really matter in our business and making decisions becomes effortless. 

The objectives of this session are to:

  • Create a compelling future:
    Describe where you are today and rate yourself in each area of your life. Become clear on your short, medium and longer term goals.
  • Elicit Current Values:
    Identify your current values and determine if they are aligned with your goals.
  • Create New Values:
    Explore and create new values that will serve and support you in your business or life moving forward and create rules for living them everyday.

Meta Dynamics Profiling provides a tangible pathway for helping individuals develop the thinking required to create the success they want in their life, career and business.

Meta Dynamics Profiling assesses 16 dimensions of your thinking style and behavioural preference. Each dimension refers to a specific part of thinking styles such as influencing, resiliency and outcome focused.

You will be required to respond to behavioural statements and a ‘Personal Profile’ is generated based on your responses. Your profile will reveal your natural thinking style preferences in detail as well as where your thinking may be developed to achieve great results in your life, career and business.

In addition to the questionnaire, there are three sessions to unpack your profile and explore each of the CAM dimensions:

  • People

The profiling session was a fascinating experience. I was blown away at how accurate it was. I was able to learn about my dominant strengths and my stretches. The E-DISC Profiling Tool assists us to understand why we behave and think the way we do. Essentially, it’s a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviours with others within a team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

My team had the opportunity to attend a DISC Profiling workshop conducted by Deborah.

The workshop was presented in an engaging and enthusiastic manner, which helped us to get the most from the subject matter. It was great to get an understanding of our own styles and see how these influence our relationships in the workplace.
